How to Find the Administrator Passcode for Your Timeclock

If you need to log into your Timeclock as Administrator or Super Administrator, but have forgotten the password you set up during the onboarding process, this guide will help you to retrieve the password

Log into uAttend as the Account Administrator

Go to Settings > Clocking Management > Find the relevant Timeclock and click Edit on the far right

You can now review the passwords for the Administrator or Super Administrator
